I was living above the strip center at the time. Second window from the left.

Up on the Seawall after the storm.

Unfortunately I didn't take any photos during the storm as Alicia hit at night.

The building after the storm. It actually faired OK, but the far side was sheered off by a twister that landed in the old Kroger parking lot.

I lived here for a time and ened up taking care of the pools for the management.

The reports were that a twister had touched down inside the courtyard.

Then the tornado bounced over into the old Kroger's parking lot that was next to my building which tore off the right side.

I remember the matress from the end unit of my building flew about a block or so and landed in another parking lot.

My car. Looked worse than it was. Fortunately it didn't get bent up at all.
